Cisco VPN Error 201 on Windows XP machine indicates that the Cisco installation is corrupted and needs to be reinstalled. 

-Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs

-Select Cisco Systems VPN Client

-Choose Remove

It appears you are not the only person experiencing disconnects with AirPort Extreme.  Can you please tell us a little bit more about your setup?  Operating System Version, Cisco version?  Is it only Cisco dropping or is it wireless and Cisco at the same time?  There is a thread in the apple community that supposes its a conflict between the wireless adapter's speed and the router's speed.  You can view more details here.  Let us know if this helps the issue.  Thank you!
