If you read the SkyDrive blog post, here is a quick setup tutorial:

 

Step 1: Create an account from your computer

Step 2: Search SkyDrive in the Apple App Store, and download the app

Step 3: Sign in from your iPhone by typing in your login credentials

Step 4: Begin uploading!

(Note: you can access your SkyDrive from your computer at http://www.skydrive.com)
